Connectional Lay Council Membership in Movement

Greetings Regional Director Hank Dobson & members of the Eastern North Carolina Episcopal District,

I pray this email finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen and streamline membership across the Connectional Lay Council, we are hosting a Lay Council Membership Training Meeting for those who support membership at the conference, district, and local church levels.

Please share this email including the Zoom link, along with the attached flyer, with Conference Presidents, District Presidents, Local Presidents, and 2nd Vice Presidents within the Eastern North Carolina Region who are responsible for Lay Council membership coordination. Honoring the Journey: Words That Shaped Our People

The Legacy Begins Scripture: We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. - Psalm 78:4 (NIV) Devotional: Our history is a testimony of God’s faithfulness through every generation. College Resources (please share)

College Resources (please share)

As our students dream, plan, and prepare for their next steps, we want them to know they are not walking this journey alone. Whether they’re applying to college, exploring career paths, or seeking financial support, there are resources available to guide them every step of the way.

God has a purpose for every student’s life, and He equips them with everything they need to walk boldly into their future. Let’s continue to uplift our youth, celebrate their achievements, and surround them with wisdom, support, and prayer.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3
