State of Your Church Course Curriculum

Our course curriculum—unfolding over two semesters—will provide a framework for evaluating, renewing, and strengthening your congregation from the inside out. We’ll explore the 7 Dimension of Flourishing People & 15 Dimensions of Thriving Churches to help us apply these key principles to our local ministries. Click the images below to learn more about each dimension!

The Kingdom Agenda Master Class Series

This Master Class Series features 10 impactful sessions crafted to shift our focus from mere church maintenance to a vibrant Kingdom mentality.  Below is a sneak peek at some of the topics.

The Department of Church Growth & Development: Preserving Black Churches Grant Program

 

Greetings Family!


The National Trust for Historic Preservation is now accepting applications for their Preserving Black Churches Grant program. Annual grants from Preserving Black Churches are intended to preserve historic Black houses of worship and advance ongoing preservation activities while strengthening capacity for historic congregations, and preservation and community organizations to steward, manage, and better utilize their historic structures. Grants from Preserving Black Churches range from $50,000 to $500,000.   The application period is Monday, August 4 - September 12, 2025 at 5:00 PM (EST).  Links to more information about this opportunity are below.


The Department of Church Growth & Development is here to help you through the process. The Department will host an information session on Monday, August 11th at 8:00 PM (EST).  Zoom information for that session is below.
